Shipping Policy
At The Pumpkin Stylist, many of our packages are delivered locally and installed by hand. For shipped items, we take great care to pack and protect them.

Local Delivery
Porch packages are available in our service zones (Fort Mill, Indian Land, South Charlotte). Delivery fees may apply outside our standard area. -
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Seasonal décor may have specific delivery windows, which will be communicated at checkout. -
Tracking & Updates
If your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email once it’s on its way. -
Damaged Packages
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue store credit.
