Refund Policy

At The Pumpkin Stylist, every porch design and pumpkin package is curated with care to bring seasonal charm to your home. We want you to feel delighted with your purchase.

  • Seasonal Nature of Products
    Our pumpkins and décor items are natural and seasonal, which means slight variations in size, color, or shape are expected and part of their charm.

  • Refunds & Returns
    Due to the perishable and custom nature of our décor packages, we do not offer traditional returns. However, if there are any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cancellations
    Porch-styling bookings are non-refundable.  Bookings can be rescheduled within the season.

  • How to report an issue:
    Simply email us at allison@thepumpkinstylist.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll take care of you.
